Prabowo: Respecting the Goodness of a Country, Doesn't Mean Being a Stooge of a Certain Country

Prabowo Subianto. Prabowo Subianto, Presidential Candidate (Candidate) number 02 attended the gala dinner with the theme "Chinese and Business in the Eyes of Prabowo Subianto" held at Sun City Ballroom, West Jakarta, Friday night, December 7, 2018.

On this occasion, Prabowo denied accusations that he called himself an American stooge in front of the Chinese community.

"I am not an American stooge, I cannot get a visa to America either. So if you say that American henchmen are not, "said Prabowo.

Prabowo said, if there is a good from a country, it needs to be respected. But respecting a country's goodness, that does not mean being a stooge of a particular country.

"If there is a good person from America, we also have to respect or I respect the People's Republic of China, it does not mean that I am China's stooge, but I respect China, I respect Chinese culture. I respect the history of China. China has the longest civilization in the world. 5,000 years, "Prabowo said.

According to Prabowo, he did not choose from where his goodness came from. While that is something that is good, then it should be respected and imitated.

"If there are good people from America, there are those who are from Australia, France, the Netherlands, even if there are also good people from the Netherlands, we must respect them," said Prabowo.

So, according to Prabowo, respecting the goodness of a country does not mean being an accomplice to a particular country.
